Regional Reports are now available through OrthoMetrics giving you the ability to compare your practice to the average practice in your region, another region, or even the entire country. We are also looking forward to the release of the Dolphin Management integration in First Quarter 2012.

OrthoMetrics is now available for OrthoTrac users and will be available for Dolphin Management clients in Version 5.0. We have had tremendous response and are adding new practices daily. Regional data is currently being compiled and should be available soon. Watch this section for information about new features and other exciting OrthoMetrics news.
OrthoMetrics provides a wide array of visual reports which allow you to easily spot areas of concern in your practice. Industry benchmarks provide practice targets and our warnings will alert you if a specific area needs some attention. The OrthoMetrics dashboard highlights the most critical charts that provide a quick snapshot of your practice performance each month. Other graphs contain more detailed practice metrics. Graphs can be viewed for the entire practice or can be broken down by location. List of Available Charts...
The OrthoMetrics Summary provides a data breakdown grid containing all of the information that makes up each of the charts. These numbers reveal individual information for each location by date and allow you to find the exact source of a problematic data point so you can address the issue at the location level. The summary also includes a full Monthly, Quarterly and Year to Date breakdown of practice performance.
Your Practice Management System will automatically upload information to OrthoMetrics for processing on a nightly basis, allowing you a day-by-day snapshot of the current state of your practice. At the end of the month, you will manually enter staff hours, doctor hours, and clinical days worked and your monthly numbers will be available. OrthoMetrics is currently available in OrthoTrac and will be available in Dolphin Management Version 5.0. Watch the headlines section for information about other integrations.
The Practice Management tab allows you to turn off reports that you choose not to view each month allowing you to customize OrthoMetrics to fit your needs. Also from this tab, you can determine specific permission settings for your employees. This allows them to access only the information that you wish them to see while blocking other reports. You can also set permissions for your consultant(s) to view your numbers making it easier for them to evaluate your progress.
Your consultant will appreciate the precise information that OrthoMetrics provides. We have also programmed some industry benchmarks which will create warnings when an area needs to be addressed. Providing your consultant access to your information will create a gateway of simple data exchange eliminating hours of work for both of you!
